Policies

Additional Guests

Pack and Plays are available, upon request, on a first come first serve basis. Rollaways and blow up mattress are available at a modest price.  Any additional guests over the standard occupancy and over the age of 12 will be charged $60 per night.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In is guaranteed by 3 p.m. and Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m.  Exploring the grounds before or after check-in is encouraged!  

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Due to our size, cancelations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.  Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival date will result in a refund minus a $50.00 dollar non-refundable administration fee. Within 6 to 3 days prior to your arrival, we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates within a year of your original arrival date, based on our availability. If your reservation is cancelled within the 3 days of your arrival 50% of your original deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of your deposit may be moved to a new reservation date that must fall within a year of your original arrival date. If you are unable to reschedule your arrival date within the allotted time, it will result in the entire forfeiture of your deposit. You are always welcome to send someone in your place.

Early Check-Out

Please be informed that you are responsible for your entire stay. Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be held responsible for the remaining days’ tariff.

Minimum Stays

A two-night minimum stay may be required for weekends, holidays and special events.

Pet Policy

The Inn allows and encourages guests to bring along their pets while traveling! We accept pets under 50 lbs (exceptions may be made) and ask that while on property your pet remains leashed and crated while left alone. Middleton Place Historic Landmark does not allow pets on the grounds, but The Inn offers you miles of scenic pathways where you and your pet can explore the surroundings. A $75.00 non-refundable pet fee is required. We look forward to greeting you and your companion with a complimentary “pet bag” of treats and toys upon arrival.
